Hello, my name is Cynthia Horton! I am so grateful to Dr. Kia Tate for the work she does through the life coaching program. We have been working together for approximately 8 weeks, and it has been an
incredible blessing to me personally as well as in my ministry.

Through the weekly sessions and homework, my life has gained such clarity and momentum. The
personality assessments helped me to identify and embrace my personality type, which allows me to
more freely explore the depts of who I am.

Taking the time to develop and define my “Life’s Mission” helped me to realize that I have already been
walking in this mission unbeknownst to myself. This realization silenced noise of the inner-critic and
amplified the still small voice in me saying, “Well done!” “I am with you.” “Keep the faith.” “We’ve got
this!”

Throughout this process I have had an increase in ministry invitations and opportunities. Things that I
have desired to do for many years are now coming to me seemingly out of nowhere! I guess when you
know who you are, and have clear vision in life, God an all of creation comes to assist you in achieving
your purpose.

In closing, if anyone is considering utilizing a life coach, I would strongly encourage them to do so. And if possible, choose Dr. Kia Young Tate.
